Q: Do you accept insurance?

Gerald does not accept insurance. However, you will be provided with a detailed fee statement at the end of your session. Insurance policies that reimburse out-of-network providers may reimburse you for a portion of the fee. Your health saving account and flexible spending account may also be used for payment.

Q: What are your hours?

Gerald sees clients between 10:00am and 6:30pm, Monday through Friday by appointment only. Based on individual circumstances, other days and times can be made available (e.g., on weekends).

Q: What are your fees?

$240 per 60 minute session.

$330 per 90 minute session.

Q: Is it necessary for the session to be in-person?

No. FaceTime and telephone sessions are options for clients, and their friends and family, who may be located in a different city or state.

Q: How do I schedule an appointment?

The quickest way to schedule an appointment is to visit Request an Appointment and submit an appointment request. Gerald will respond within 24 hours to schedule the appointment date and time. You may also call Gerald directly at (713) 822-2957 to schedule an appointment.

Q: What is your cancellation and re-scheduling policy?

If you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment, please provide at least 24-hour notice. If it is less than 24 hours or you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full fee. Q: What type of payments do you accept?

Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, HSA), checks, and cash are accepted.
