Online Sessions, Emergency Sessions and Evening Hours Available

Mar. 20, 2020

Like you, I have been observing the ongoing developments with regard to COVID-19 and the potential impact it may have on all of us. There is so much uncertainty, and with this – fear, ambivalence and even confusion, which will likely be compounded by the potential long-term effects of social isolation and disruption of our daily routines. That is why I’m reaching out to you today, because more than ever, I believe our internal dialogue, as well as our important relationships, can be negatively contaminated as a result of these disrupting circumstances. Mindful logic and faith must be at the forefront of our priorities as we navigate these uncharted waters.

It is from a place of deep caring for our community that I am introducing online therapy, emergency sessions and evening appointments, effective immediately. If you are unsure as to how to proceed, please feel free to contact me to address your questions and/or concerns about how we will work together online. Further, if you want to discuss a challenge you are facing to brainstorm how best to approach it, either on your own or through therapy with me, I’m here to help.

All previously scheduled and future sessions will take place via phone or FaceTime until at least the end of April. You can schedule a regular or emergency session by contacting me via phone, email or text message. (Please allow 2-3 hours for me to respond, as I may be in session when you call.)

Extended hours are available three evenings per week. I also offer emergency online sessions, should the need arise, with little to no advance scheduling required. Contact me for details and to book your next session.

Details:
Online sessions will take place via phone or FaceTime (additional participants can be added to any online appointment). Session rate will remain the same. Payments can be made via credit card or check and must be paid at time of session. Emergency sessions can be requested by texting me with the code “911” included.
